ドラマ、映画音楽なども手掛けた音楽家、内藤孝敏のおそらく初ソロ名義作。5作リリースされた「心の音楽 リラクセーション・ミュージック」の一枚。31分の一曲のようになっていますが、実際はアンビエント曲3曲と、3曲の自然のフィールドレコーディングとで構成されてます。一作目は吉村弘が手掛けています。このシリーズの作品はどれもレアかつ希少です。帯なし。
